Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

I had an absolutely luxurious stay at this hotel! the room had exclusive amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a well, stocked refrigerator. the private facilities were amazing and I received excellent service from the staff. the Garden area was a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. In, room breakfast was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was unbeatable. the location was top, notch, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. a truly wonderful experience!

Although this hotel was amazing, I did have one minor issue. the bar/lounge area was a bit too busy for my liking, but there was always coffee/tea available in the lobby as an alternative.

Size of the room, clear view (rare in London), brown marble bathroom, Japanese toilet, decoration. clean, good service. well located, close to Selfridges.

I was actually surprised with the renovated room overlooking the square. Club lounge was cozy and offered enough variety for breakfast and cocktails. Location is perfect for exploring the city, even though the lobby design is not my taste. I can recommend this hotel.

Room a little small for the price

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oxford Street and right behind Selfridges. The room was clean and elegant, with a comfortable bed and a good supply of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious, with the option to have fresh food cooked or enjoy the buffet. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service with a smile. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionist at the front desk, very rude at first. It disgusted me that my stay had gone well.

The Japanese toilets and their self-cleaning feature were a highlight of my stay. The lobby's chocolate brownie and hot chocolate were also amazing.

The value for money is poor compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, particularly the artisanal yogurt. The staff is quick, attentive, and friendly, promptly fulfilling requests for additional toiletries. The room itself meets the expectations of a Hyatt hotel, offering comfort and a good night's sleep. The fast and reliable wifi is a plus.

Stayed in a beautiful hotel for a short vacation. Polite and courteous staff, excellent meal in the Italian restaurant. Our superior room was lovely, no need to upgrade to the club room. Great location, cozy ambiance, friendly and professional bar and reception staff. Wide and clean room, helpful and hospitable staff. Safe and enjoyable stay.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to all the main attractions. It is conveniently located near underground and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also close to the center of town, providing a great base for sightseeing. Furthermore, the hotel is situated near a train station, which makes it convenient for commuting to other parts of the city.

Christmas at this hotel was wonderful! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and Hyde Park. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the double-paned windows kept the noise to a minimum. One of the best things about the hotel was the club lounge pass, which allowed us to enjoy a delicious and free breakfast every morning. The lounge also had toothbrushes and other toiletries, a nice touch. the hotel provided a great experience for our Christmas stay.

The hotel's location was perfect--near shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to famous tourist spots. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The staff were attentive and prompt to respond to any of my requests.

Located in a prime spot close to Marble Arch subway station, the Hyatt hotel is centrally placed for a great London experience. With easy access to the main shopping area, families will love the spacious rooms, extra seating, upscale bath products, and excellent housekeeping. The bar and terrace have a great selection of cocktails and a fantastic view, while the concierge's service is well approved.

Although some parts of the hotel could use updating, there are no major negative points worth mentioning.
